• Do you feel you have proper control over your entertainment, or does your entertainment control you?
• Do your bands have the correct attitude for the ownership's success?
• Do they play the right music for your club, or do they play what they want to play?
• Are they musically able and have all the characteristics to perform the right music for your club?
• Are the band sets the correct length for what you're trying to achieve in your club?
• Is your band playing at the correct time of the day or night?
• Is live entertainment really what you need?
• Have you thought of other entertainment options and who it would relate to your entire operation?
• Are your entertainment pay scales in line for your area and your venue?
• Is anyone on your production staff telling you that you need to buy different sound or light equipment for your club?
• Do they have your best interest in mind, or do they want you to fund their hobby?
• Does your DJ have the appropriate attitude, play the right music, talk too much or too little?
• Does the DJ blend well with the band, or do they work against each other? Are the transitions between the band and DJ smooth?
• Does the dance floor fill when the band is playing? When the DJ is playing music?
• Do your bands and or DJ's know how to rotate your crowd to your bars to maximize bar revenue that pays their salary?

A "day care" certification is in order when supervising entertainers, no matter how good or bad they are, they all act the same.
